Threre are plenty of new cars coming this year and next year. Let me tell you. Ford are releasing a new mondeo next year although it already on sale in the United states as a Ford 'Fusion.' From the first look it looks like a Jag. A bit like the XF if not better. The sleek headlights and the big front grill just strraight away gives the impression of a luxurious family saloon. Inside it gets better. Fitted with the latest technology Voice command sat nav, a port to connect your samrtphone and electric leather seats are also available in the top of the range 'luxury' model. Spee is one thing they have certainly improved on. The sport model goes from 0-60 in just 7.3 second while the luxury model is 2 seconds slower. Not that the driver will notice once they are sat in those premium leather and comfortable seats. There are 3 different engines to choose from. Firstly a 2.0 eco boost petrol engine which will be used both in the sport model and also the luxury model. Secondly there is a 2.2 tdci engine which is said to be the most economical engine ford have put in a mondeo so far. Lastly the 'big' one. Its a 3.5 petrol V6 engine with a top speed of a 155mph. It has 275 bhp and is the fastest engine that mondeo have made in a while. All this come in at a cost of £22,000 if you want the 'uxury' mondeo with the standard 2.2tdci diesel engine. If you want the faster version with the 3.5 litre V6 petrol engine then your going to have to dig deep into your pockets and pull out £31,000. Still, cheap compared to its rivals, the mercedes E class and the overly priced BMW 5 series. If you have this sort of money then look any where else unless you want to pay an extra £20,000 for a german badge.
